Launching Q1 2027 · Founding cohort open

Your ecommerce team, run by AI.

You do the fun of branding. We do the rest.

Tiehack reads your store’s numbers against years of operating experience and research, picks the next best move, and then does the work itself. Everything waits in draft until you say go.

How a week works

By Thursday, next week is built.

Tiehack launches in Q1 2027. This is the week it is being built to run for you.

  1. Monday

    You upload the creative

Your photos and your video. Tiehack names every asset and matches it to the calendar it has planned from what actually sold, what is in stock and what the season calls for.

  2. Thursday

    “Next week’s marketing is done.”

Emails and texts, social posts, ad changes, the sale banner, the discount, every small place on the site that needs to change. All of it in draft, with a plain-language plan and a list of anything still missing from you.

  3. You say go

    One approval

Everything schedules at once, across every channel.

  4. Every morning

    It’s running

A short note on what happened overnight and anything that needs you. The rest of the day is yours.

  5. Week’s end

    The report, and what changes

What worked, and what next week does differently because of it.

One plan, every lane

One decision, carried through everywhere it lands.

Tiehack runs your store and your marketing as one operation. When it decides, it drafts every change the decision requires, in every channel it touches, and one approval sets all of it moving.

  • Store and site
  • Catalog
  • Email and SMS
  • Social
  • Ads
  • Inventory and orders
  • Reporting

Works with the tools you already use. If it has an API or an export, Tiehack can work with it.

A decision that crosses lanes

A bestseller is about to sell out in the middle of a campaign.

  • Pull the ad spend pointed at it
  • Promote the closest substitute
  • Swap the product in this week’s email
  • Re-merchandise the homepage and the collection

One approval. Every change, every channel.

What stays yours

You do the fun of branding. We do the rest.

The brand

Your look and your voice. At onboarding we write down your brand rules, and every word Tiehack drafts stays inside them.

The creative

You bring finished assets. Tiehack gets each one to every place it needs to go, sized and named, on the right day.

The go

You approve everything before it goes live. The limits you set hold, however much you hand over later.

We keep score

Every decision is written down, including the ones you pass on.

What Tiehack recommended, whether you approved it, and what happened next. You see the whole record, and each next decision is built on it. Over time that record shows you exactly how often Tiehack is right.

Who it’s for

Shopify brands doing $3–15M a year.

Usually run by a founder or a first VP of Ecommerce who pays an agency or a fractional CMO and feels every dollar of it as budgets tighten. If you spend more of your week holding your tools and vendors together than growing the brand, Tiehack is built for you.

Pricing

From $2,000 a month

A fraction of what an agency or a fractional CMO costs. Priced by your store’s revenue, with a one-time onboarding where we write down your brand rules, connect your tools and build your first weeks with you.

Who’s behind it

Built by an operator who made the climb.

I’m Fletcher Keeley. I grew an ecommerce apparel brand through the exact stretch Tiehack is built for, and I learned what every stage of it costs. Before that I ran performance media for some of the biggest brands in fitness, outdoor and beauty, and I was on the small team that built a boutique ad server, one of the first to open connected TV to the market.

On the way up I had to do more with less, so I built the team I needed: the analysis, the next move, and the hands to carry it out. Tiehack is that team, encoded from what I learned the hard way and the best research I could find.

We’re starting with a small group of Shopify brands.

The first cohort works with me directly, from onboarding through the first campaign weeks. Tell me about your store.
